Your data, handled honestly.

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. That's it. We don't ask for your name, phone number, or any other personal information.

We may also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. These are deleted automatically after 30 days.

We use your email address to send you signals, product updates, and access notifications for The Only Signals. We send signals only when something genuinely worth knowing is happening — not on a fixed schedule.

We will never sell your email address to third parties. We will never share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.

Your email is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (neon.tech), a SOC 2 compliant cloud provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

We retain your email for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we delete your email from our database within 7 days.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. This removes you from all future communications immediately.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it entirely at any time. Send a request to privacy@theonly.com and we'll respond within 48 hours.

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or tracking technology.

The site may use a session cookie to maintain your current session (e.g. after you submit the form). This cookie is deleted when you close your browser.

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll email you before those changes take effect. The date at the bottom of this page shows when this policy was last updated.
